From 9:30pm, viewers can join the account’s two-hour livestream to get their household treasures appraised by an engaging young man who seems to know the value of every coin, stamp or photograph.

It’s a real-time journey through history — and fakes — which celebrates every authentic artifact of value with ceremonial music and the host’s proclamation: “Open the door!”

The phrase is starting to spread, starting with this year’s stand-up comedy scripts.
